Theo started his journey with Aspen Properties as a consultant in 2018. After working closely with Aspen on multiple projects, Theo joined Aspen in 2024 as Senior Director, Project Management.

Theo has 20 years of international experience, managing and leading the development and construction of projects across multiple asset classes, from inception to completion. He implements a collaborative and team focused approach on his projects, where no individual is more important than the success of the project.

Theo is responsible for all new major capital improvements of the Aspen properties and all tenant space improvements. He will be the lead on all projects, focused to navigate deliverables through design, procurement and construction. He will work side by side with the internal Aspen team, our tenants, design consultants and general contractors.

Theo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying and has obtained is Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
