Asset Management Analyst (4 Month Contract) | Calgary
Reporting directly to the Financial Analyst, this position will work closely with the Asset Management team, and gain exposure to commercial real estate fundamentals and develop a deep understanding of the market. This position is responsible for assisting in financial and market analysis reporting and underlying documentation.
Events Administrator | Calgary
The Events Administrator will work closely with The Ampersand’s Property Management team & Events Coordinator in order to successfully schedule and execute tenant, corporate and community events that take place within The Ampersand portfolio. The Events Administrator will be expected to provide logistical support and share their expertise with other teams within Aspen’s portfolio.
Operations Supervisor | Calgary
This position reports to the Operations Manager, and is responsible for all base building system operations, and supervision of building operations staff. This position will work closely with the entire operations team to ensure a consistent level of service throughout the Calgary portfolio.
