Who can join the Aspen Club?
All Aspen tenants, including Aspen Flex members, receive complimentary membership to the Aspen Club. To be part of the Aspen Club you will need to request access here. Once your membership is verified you will have access to the Club amenities.
Which amenities can I use? Can I use amenities in other Aspen buildings?
Aspen Club members have complimentary access to ALL Aspen Club amenities in Calgary and Edmonton.
How do I access amenities from my mobile device?
Access to the Club amenities is delivered through the Aspen App and integrated mobile door access. Click here to learn how to set up mobile door access in the App. Please note, physical access cards are still required to access buildings and elevators.
Where can I find the Aspen App?
The Aspen App is available in both the Apple Store and Google Play.
Do I need to use the Aspen App to access the Aspen Club?
As of December 2021, the Aspen App will be required to access all Aspen Club amenities.
Do I need to book amenities in advance?
Some amenities, such as the Golf Simulators, Conference Facilities, Tenant Lounges, and Sport Courts, all require to be booked in advance. These bookings can all be made in the Aspen App, under Aspen Club.

How do I book the Conference Centres? What is the credit system?
Each of our tenants is given an allotted amount of free credits per year to book conference rooms. Conference rooms have a specified amount of credits charged per hour. If tenants run out of credit they are able to purchase more.
