Tower Centre

Tower Centre is a 262,500 square foot, four- and five- storey office and retail building built in 1968. Tower Centre surrounds the Calgary Tower and fronts onto 9th Avenue SE, a major thoroughfare for traffic into downtown Calgary. With Macleod Trail immediately to the east, access to the airport, major roads and other popular attractions and destinations is direct and convenient.

Tower Centre is also home to the Petropolitan, Calgary's first downtown pet care facility.

All Palliser Complex tenants have access to an on-site, club-quality fitness facility with modern shower and locker facilities and offering direct access to secure underground bicycle storage.

Restaurants and featured amenities of the Palliser complex include Sky 360, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Waves Coffee and Lunchbox Theatre. Rental car offerings by Avis and National are also located here.
