Carla Ryan
Since first joining Aspen’s accounting department in 2002, Carla has continuously grown her areas of expertise and business knowledge, enabling her to excel in a numerous roles throughout the organization. In 2021, Carla became the Director of HR and Payroll, a role in which she provides human resources support throughout the organization and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives including recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, HRIS, internal policy, and training.
Carla obtained her Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation in 2010, and holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton University. She is a member of the People and Culture Committee with REALPAC, a national industry association dedicated to advancing the long-term vitality of Canada’s real property sector. Carla is a mom of two, who actively volunteers her time with her children’s various sports organizations.
