Redevelopment Updates

Upon purchase of the complex in December 2018, we began our plans to redevelop and reposition the complex. With renovations already underway, the complex will see 57,000 square feet of amenities developed, 41,000 square feet of which will be tenant exclusive. A large portion of the renovations have been completed and are now open, including the conference centre, fitness facility, tenant lounge, and bike storage. The remainder of the renovations are on track to be complete Q1 of 2021. Upon completion, the complex will be renamed and rebranded.
